Atari A/V Mods - Your not getting old. Thats RF fuzz!
I offer a variety of A/V mods choices for Atari 2600 consoles only at the moment. The modification adds a S-video and composite video output to the Atari along with Stereo sound. The mods are very easy to install. If you can solder a wire you can install these kits.
The background about the development of the mod and the design history can be found here.

Different Modding Options.
- Fully Assembled Mod Kits are all put together and ready to be soldered into the Atari.
- Unassembled Mod Kits include all the parts needed to build the kit.
- Blank PCBs are just the bare PCB. No other parts are provided.
- Atari Modding Service includes the mod and all parts. You ship the Atari to me and I will install the kit. I also offer a "Deluxe" Service which includes gold plated jacks. These jacks are not offered on the kits.
- If you are a DIYer then the schematic is FREE.
A/V mods typically have a 1 month or less turn around. Some times it may be longer but I will make sure you will know. If you chose to have your Atari for modded then you may expect a bit longer due to shipping.
The install guides to the mods can be found here and examples of the A/V Mod in action.
All kits have a flat $6 shipping and the modding service is $15 shipping. If you are outside the Continental USA please email me so we can set up the shipping costs. If ordering multiple mods shipping will be combined.
